Affiliate Marketing Without a Website

Building a website is the most common way affiliates launch themselves into the affiliate marketing world, and if you're interested in creating a long-term business you'll inevitably need to put together a website.
However, if you're still learning about web design or you're simply not interested in building a website, there are other ways to get your affiliate links out there, so this lesson will teach you Affiliate Marketing Without a Website.
Remember: the key with affiliate marketing is get your affiliate link in front of an interested audience - how you choose to do that is completely up to you! With that in mind, here are a few methods you could try:
BEFORE WE PROCEED-

#1: Post on blogs and forums

This is a really simple way of getting a taste for affiliate marketing - all you have to do is find a product you'd like to promote, then start posting on blogs and forums with your affiliate link in your signature.
Here's an example from our very own forum: you can see that this member has an affiliate link in their signature. He's also made himself an active and respected members of the forum.
Of course you should only post on blogs and forums where people would be interested in the product - you're not going to get many bites for a dog training affiliate product when you're posting on a classic car enthusiast forum.
Similarly, you’ll find that you have a lot more success if you're making useful and interesting posts and if you become a regular on the site. Once you have established yourself people will begin to respect your opinion and will be more inclined to click on your link. If you simply spam a blog or forum with useless posts you’re likely to be banned and your posts deleted.

#2: Write a viral eBook or some other "viral" product

A “viral” product is one that is designed to spread (often quickly) to a great many people - this can be a great way of getting your affiliate links out there without ever having to create a website. You can produce a short 30-page eBook or a "special report" on a particular subject, insert links to affiliate products into it, then distribute your book through whatever means you like – you could tell people that they're welcome to give it away, sell it or put it on their websites. You can kick it off yourself by selling the eBook on eBay for a small amount.

#3: Create a YouTube series

YouTube has taken the world by storm with one billion unique visitors per month. You can use this to your advantage. It doesn’t take much more than a webcam and some quirky or informative ideas to get a channel going. That way you can add affiliate links into your description, or over your video, and convert some of that fan base into affiliate profits.

#4: Write ads or reviews for classifieds websites
You're probably already familiar with using sites like Craigslist to look for old furniture or car parts, but you can also use classifieds sites to promote affiliate products. Consider writing ads or reviews for affiliate products and posting them with your affiliate link.

#5: Build a "Hub"

Building a "Hub" is a great way of getting started as an affiliate without needing to build your own website from scratch. A Hub is like a 1-page mini website where you can talk about a subject you're passionate about (eg, your affiliate market and associated products!). It's hosted on the HubPages site, and you don't need to know anything about web design to make it look fairly professional.

#6: Promote affiliate products directly through pay-per-click advertisements

We've left this method for last because, quite frankly, it's not one we recommend. This method involves creating pay-per-click campaigns through search engines like Google and Bing, and promoting the merchant website directly through your affiliate link.

How to Get Traffic to Your Website Using Alternative Methods.

Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) certainly aren't the only ways to get visitors to your site. In this lesson we show you How To Get Traffic To Your Website Using Alternative Methods.
Successful affiliates usually make a point of diversifying their traffic sources - relying too heavily on any one source of traffic leaves your business vulnerable to the whims of the search engines, or to dramatic shifts in PPC costs. If you've got all your eggs in one basket when it comes to getting traffic to your site, you could find yourself in trouble when the situation turns sour. Additionally, by just restricting yourself to SEO or PPC methods you could be missing out on a large amount of potential traffic. With that in mind , here are some ways to mix things up a bit:
BEFORE WE PROCEED-

Links from other sites

Getting links to your site is a hugely important part of being a successful affiliate. Not only do they deliver a little bit of traffic to your site independently of the search engines, they also help your search engine rankings
Even though linking is a huge part of search engine optimization, try not to think about links purely in terms of the SEO benefit they deliver. You may be able to get links from sites that rank low on PageRank, or use nofollow tags to block the flow of PageRank, but which deliver a lot of high-quality traffic to your site. Always remember that the point of SEO is to get visitors to your site, and that any link that delivers traffic to your site is achieving that goal, regardless of whether it helps you move up the search engines.

Posting on forums and blogs

Forums and blogs can be excellent places to promote your website, provided the promotion remains subtle and is part of other useful content that you've added to the conversation; if you simply bombard a random forum with your URLs you'll be banned. Similarly, if you post pointless comments as badly disguised self-promotion your posts will likely be deleted.
The best method is to find a few high traffic blogs and forums in your market and spend some time there reading and familiarizing yourself with the discussions. Start replying to posts with useful remarks so that you gradually build a reputation as a genuine and helpful contributor. Once you have established yourself as a valuable member, like the member in this example from our own forums, people will be much more interested in seeing what else you have to say on your website, or in checking out the products you recommend in your signature.
As already mentioned, don't dismiss forums and blogs simply because a link from them won't help your SEO - remember that it's traffic you're after, and if traffic comes from these blogs or forums then that's a successful promotion.

Submitting articles to article directories

Article directories are places where people can submit their articles. The articles are then free for anyone to download and reproduce, provided that the author information and any links the author has inserted into the article remain intact.
Directories benefit both parties: the author gets his or her article distributed around the internet for free, earning backlinks and traffic in the process while the person using the article gets free content for their website, eBook or newsletter.
Good directories to try include:
If you want to speed up the process and get your article submitted to a lot of different directories in record time, then check out services such as:
  • Submitedge.com — SubmitEdge will write a unique article for you and submit it to 100+ article sites.
  • AMAutomation.com — An AMAutomation membership let’s you submit unlimited articles to numerous article and blog sites; AMAutomation also has a mechanism for making sure your articles are unique.
  • UAWiz.com — This service is similar to AMAutomation, except it uses different article and blog sites.

Lesson Summary:

In this lesson you've learned:
Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) aren't the only ways to get traffic to your website; in fact, by simply using just those methods you could be missing out on a large amount of traffic and potential customers.
Alternative methods for getting traffic to your site:
  • Links from other sites
Try not to think of links being purely about SEO, getting links from other websites can get more traffic as people follow those links. Traffic is traffic, regardless of the impact on your search engine ranking.
  • Posting on blogs and forums
Post subtle promotions in your forum and blog posts, and become an active and respected member of popular forums/blogs. Once you are a valuable member of a forum or blog, people will be more likely to follow the links you post.
  • Submitting articles to article directories
Submitting articles to article directories is a great way to get traffic and backlinks at the same time.

Affiloblueprint: An Honest Money Making Affiliate Marketing System

Today, I’ll be reviewing AffiloBlueprint, the infamous step-by-step guide to creating an affiliate marketing website. It was created by Mark Ling, an 8-figure millionaire affiliate. Before I jump into what is included, and whether it is worth it or not, I want to tell you a bit more about Mark’s story - and I think you’ll be very surprised.

Mark began affiliate marketing in college. He was making $3,000 a week in less than a year. He did this by ranking highly in Google search engines, and targeting profitable niches. And this was all great - until one day he got Google slapped, and it instantly started to crash! But Mark didn’t give it up. He decided to give it another go, and this time instead of focusing on banner ads, he decided to put more focus on making money through email marketing. And you know what?

It worked.

It worked so well, that he looked at his dad. He was in a stressful job he hated. Mark wanted to help him do what he was doing - so he created AffiloBlueprint, a system his technically challenged dad could even use. And you know what?

His dad is now retired on a 6-figure income that works on autopilot!

AffiloBlueprint Stips Away The Confusion With A Foul-Proof Guide To Success

AffiloBlueprint is exactly what it says it is - a blueprint. It tells you what you need to do, step-by-step guide to creating an affiliate website by scratch. It contains 12 modules. Each module includes over-the-shoulder videos, PDF notes and homework to complete. At the end of the course, you’ll have a finished website - and, just as importantly, traffic too!

This is great for new affiliates, who still don’t understand all of the steps involved, and need a blueprint to follow. I went through it, and I can personally tell you that Mark Ling’s formula works. And he has left nothing out - it is all there.

Get One-On-One Help With Mark Ling’s Support Staff

Wouldn’t it be nice to have access to someone who can look over your website, and give you suggestions to improve it? Wouldn’t it be nice to have mentors on-hand? When you purchase AffiloBlueprint, you will also get the opportunity to talk with support staff as much as you like! They can give you one-on-one training, help and answers. Other services usually charge hundreds to thousands of dollars for this, making it an absolute steal. On that note...

AffiloBlueprint Will Actually Save You Money And Pay For Itself

Obviously, it will pay for itself by teaching you how to make a money-magnet website. But it will also save you money - right now. As a new affiliate, my guess is you’ve bought lots and lots of products and services, such as web hosting, and SEO tools. All of those things are great - but the monthly expenses add up! One thing I really enjoyed with AffiloBlueprint is it taught me how to do everything using FREE tools. So you can rank websites in Google using FREE tools and services. They even include free website hosting for up to 5 websites for a year!

But AffiloBlueprint Has A Downside - So Be Careful!

AffiloBlueprint gives you everything you need to succeed, but it doesn’t give you a website in your lap. It comes with homework modules, and you have to actually DO the work - otherwise, you won’t even make money. If you want a made-for-you solution, you will need to look elsewhere because this isn’t it. They have purposefully given you the training and not made the sites so that they can offer it for a reduced price.

If You Want A Formula For Success, This Is It

As long as you are willing to do the work and follow the system, you are guaranteed to make a website that is exactly how Mark Ling does it. It is really easy to follow the instructions, and no matter what, you have a 60 day money back guarantee, so you really have nothing to lose. Check it out before the FREE bonuses expire, which are worth $164 by themselves! To find out what they are and to see AffiloBlueprint for yourself, check it out here: Affiloblueprint REVIEW

HP ZBOOK 15U G2 LAPTOP REVIEW

HP ZBOOK 15U G2 LAPTOP REVIEW

Tough but portable, HP's ZBook laptop will appeal to a professional audience. We review the HP ZBook 15u G2.
Now that HP has migrated its mobile workstation laptops from EliteBook to ZBook, we find two distinct version of the 15-inch workhorse from which to choose.
The regular ZBook 15 G2 is closer to the original brick-built EliteBooks, around 40 mm thick and bending the scale needle close to 3 kg – although that’s still a trim and toned-up take on the classic bombproof mobile power laptop.
Coming in at a little over 2.0 kg and just under 25 mm thick, the new HP ZBook 15u is the more fashionable variation of ZBook. The added U in the name seems to point to Ultrabook, Intel’s much abused marketing name for a MacBook Air-style ultraportable running Windows.
The ZBook 15u appears to be in its second generation (G2) although since this is a brand new product we suspect the suffix was added so it wouldn’t look out of date next to the revised G2 version of the ZBook 15. While far from emulating the carry-anywhere sub-20 mm, sub-1.5 kg notebooks of today, it’s relatively compact form puts it alongside other thin and light workstation notebooks such as the 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro and Dell Precision M3800.

HP ZBOOK 15U G2 REVIEW: BUILD AND DESIGN

The case of the ZBook 15u is almost entirely constructed from metal, a lightweight cast alloy for the main chassis, with metal top plate around the keyboard and lid back. The 15.6-inch widescreen display with matt anti-glare finish is available as either a budget TN or higher-grade IPS version, both at 1920 x 1080 resolution. There’s no option for a touchscreen display, arguably a wasteful frippery on a professional mobile workstation.
On the left side is the exhaust outlet for the single internal cooling fan, a VGA D-Sub video port, two USB 3.0 and a slot for smart cards. Along the right we find a 3.5 mm headset jack, full-size DisplayPort 1.2, another two USB 3.0, gigabit ethernet (with sprung flag, to help fit into the slim edge), DC power inlet, and a proprietary docking slot. There’s no underside docking-station port as you’d find on most business laptop, but HP promises to supply an adaptor to fit this side port with two more digital video outputs. Missing from the port line-up is the Thunderbolt 2 port now found on the non-U ZBook 15 G2.
The entire case bottom is easily removable from one slide-release button, providing access to most of the upgradable components such as memory, storage and wireless connectivity.
Our sample had 16 GB of memory on two 8 GB SO-DIMM modules and a PCIe-attached M.2 SSD, 256 GB in size. You can add a 4G LTE module, access the 802.11ac mini-PCI card and change the 50 Wh battery from here too. Even with the solid-state drive fitted, there’s also space to add a 2.5-inch SATA drive.
For main processor duties, this model had a new Broadwell series 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7-5600U, and unusually for a notebook billed as a professional workstation, this is a dual- rather than quad-core chip. This is the top specification, with an option on the 2.4 GHz version of the same chip (5500U)
HP explains that thermal issues prevented it from fitting a quad-core processor into this relatively thin case. In contrast, both Apple and Dell do use quad-core Intel Core i7 mobile processors in their counterparts, although the latter at least can suffers from cooling issues, requiring its fans to rev up to high speed to keep internal temperatures within limits.
For graphics processor there is a choice of just the integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 from the Intel CPU, or this with an additional AMD FirePro M4170 dedicated GPU. Unlike the fat ZBook 15, there’s no Nvidia option here.
The AMD FirePro includes 1 GB of GDDR5 memory, and is designed to switch into action when required with AMD’s Enduro Technology, a rebrand of its Dynamic Switching Graphics (DSG) system.
At time of review, the only variants of the ZBook 15u G2 we could find offered from the HP UK website were without discrete AMD graphics, and up to 8 GB of system RAM only. With the lower 2.4 GHz processor, integrated graphics powering the IPS display, and 256 GB Z Turbo Drive (HP’s name for the PCIe-attached SanDisk SSD), the ZBook 15u G2 is priced at £1320 inc VAT.
